Return Policy

This policy applies to purchases made from trizelonbrchral. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (England and Wales), the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (Scotland) and the Consumer Rights (Northern Ireland) Order 2015 are not affected. If you are a consumer, you may also have rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
Perishable goods
Floral arrangements and cut flowers are perishable. We cannot accept returns of opened or used arrangements once they have been delivered or installed. If your order arrives damaged or not as described, contact us within 24 hours with details (and, if possible, photographs). We will work with you to resolve the issue—for example by offering a replacement or partial refund where appropriate.
Potted plants and non-perishables
Potted plants, vases and other non-perishable items may be returned unused and in original condition within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us first to arrange the return. Refunds will be processed once we have received and checked the item. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless we have agreed otherwise or the item was faulty.
Cancellations
You may cancel an order before we have started preparation. Once flowers have been ordered or work has begun, we may charge a cancellation fee to cover our costs. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. For distance contracts, your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be set out in your order confirmation.
